Ash Medical Systems, Inc (“AMS”) founded by Dr. Stephen R. Ash and Robert B. Truitt to develop a home hemodialysis system


AMS creates spin off company, HemoCleanse, Inc (“HCI”), to develop new liver dialysis system and technology

HemoCleanse, Inc purchases AMS to consolidate assets and develop vascular access technologies


HemoCleanse, Inc creates spin off company, Renal Solutions, Inc, ("RSI") to commercialize home hemodialysis system

AMS is renamed Ash Access Technology, Inc. and is spun off from HemoCleanse, Inc. in order to commercialize vascular access technologies


Ash Access Technology, Inc. begins pivotal clinical trial on Zuragen™
